When we ask for a non-smoking room it was taken care of as soon as possible.

We arrived at the hotel at about 2:30 A.M. and were given a smoking room, and needed a non-smoking.

Got stuck in a smoking room. Wanted a non-smoking.

This property is tough to find and parking (unless you pay for valet) is in another zip code. They had no non-smoking rooms available which was disappointing.
